This policy explains what personal data PRODEV Info Solutions collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

- We collect what you send us (for example through an enquiry form, email or WhatsApp) and usage data from our website.
- We use this to answer you, deliver our services, keep the site secure and understand how the site is used.
- We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which can record how you interact with our pages.
- We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who we are
PRODEV Info Solutions (“PRODEV”, “we”, “us”) is a software and technology services company based in Kerala, India. We decide why and how personal data described in this policy is used.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to prodevinfo.com and to personal data you share with us when you enquire about our services, apply for a role or otherwise contact us.
When we process data on a client's behalf as part of a project, such as data handled by an AI agent we run for that client, the client's own privacy notice and our contract with them apply. Section 11 explains this further.
3. The personal data we collect

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as financial account details or health information, through our website forms unless we have specifically asked for it.

We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects using solely automated means.
7. International transfers
Some of the providers above may store or process data outside India. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we do so as Indian law permits and rely on providers' published contractual and security commitments.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires.

9. How we protect data
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, restricted administrative access, login-abuse protection, regular security updates and backups.
No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will respond and make the notifications that the law requires.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force, you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used
- ask us to correct, complete or update your data
- ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it
- nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated
- raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India where the law allows
To make a request, email info@prodevinfo.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Some data may need to be kept where the law requires it.
11. Client data and AI services
When we build or run software or AI agents for a client, including under our Generative Agent as a Service and Agent-as-a-Service offerings, we normally act on that client's instructions. If that processing involves your data, please direct requests to the organisation you deal with, and we will assist them as agreed.
The AI providers used and the data handling terms are set out in the client's agreement. We do not use client data to train AI models for other clients' benefit unless the client has agreed in writing.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, our services or the law change. The current version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date. Where a change significantly affects you and we have your contact details, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
